2. Products & Suppliers
La Cradelle offers baby essentials and related products that are procured from third-party suppliers. While we carefully source from trusted partners, La Cradelle does not manufacture these products.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.
La Cradelle and Evelyn Noire Inc. are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or issues arising from the use of products supplied by third parties.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate.
All payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on our Site.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, depending on location and logistics.
Free worldwide shipping is offered until December 31, 2025.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
For hygiene reasons, certain essentials (e.g., bibs, swaddles, undergarments) are non-returnable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
La Cradelle and Evelyn Noire Inc. are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damages caused by third-party products.
Liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
Customers are advised to review product labels and use items as directed.
